Who we are

This website is operated by QuantumBlock Solutions L.L.C-FZ, registered under Meydan Free Zone licence 2424573.01, with a registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What we collect

When you send a brief through the contact form on this site, we collect the details you type into it: your name, work email, company, WhatsApp number, what you need, your budget band and any message you add. We also record the page you sent it from and, where available, the first page you landed on when you first visited this site and the campaign that brought you here.

We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or any other sensitive information through this form, and you should not send us any.

Where your brief goes

This website does not keep a database of briefs. When you send one, it is delivered straight to our team in two ways: as an email to our company inbox, sent through Resend, and as an internal Telegram alert to our founder, so someone can read and act on it quickly. We do not run our own servers for this data.

How long we keep it

We keep brief submissions for 24 months from the date you send them, then delete them. If we start working together, information needed for that engagement is kept separately, under the terms we agree with you, and this policy no longer governs it.

Analytics and website measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Neither loads while a page first opens. Both load a few seconds later, or sooner if you interact with the page, for example by scrolling, tapping or moving the pointer. Clarity records anonymised session activity, such as scrolling and clicks, to help us see where a page is confusing.

You can turn tracking off for your own device by opening any page on this site with ?ga_optout=1 added to the address, for example /contact/?ga_optout=1. This sets a marker in your browser that keeps analytics and Clarity off on that device until you visit a page with ?ga_optout=0. The opt-out applies per device and per browser; it does not follow you to a different browser or device.

Who else sees your information

We share the details above only with the providers named elsewhere in this policy, and only to the extent needed to run this website and respond to your brief: Cloudflare, for hosting this website; Resend, for delivering your brief to our inbox by email; Telegram, for the internal alert that tells our founder a brief has arrived; Google, for Analytics 4; and Microsoft, for Clarity. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Your rights under the UAE PDPL

As a resident of the United Arab Emirates, or wherever the UAE Personal Data Protection Law otherwise applies to you, you have rights over the information we hold about you, including the right to ask what we hold, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@qblocksolutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of this website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
